Circa.Command

Circa.Command provides several things:

• A class-based command parser built upon ICommandable,
• A base class for normal commands (BaseCommand, implements ICommandable), and
• A subclass for subcommands, built on top of Circa.Command.BaseCommand.

ICommandable is comprised of a crucial Action function, possibly described as: CommandResult Action(IWindowItem witem, OptionSet optree, string[] Argv)
